The practice provides Building Regulation Consultancy Services for Commercial and Residential projects.
We work closely with both Approved Building Control Inspectors and Local Authority Building Control Inspectors. On appointment, as part of our services we provide a comprehensive construction design package for compliance with both Building Regulations and British Standards, and act as the agent for Building Control Application submissions for plan approvals prior to commencing works on site.
This service provides our clients with the assurance that the design package for any construction project is approved by Building Regulatory Bodies. Further, it provides our clients with the Completion Building Control Certification at the conclusion of the project.
