Advance Building Consultancy Ltd was founded by Mr R Lakani, who brings a wealth of experience in the industry and remains actively involved in all aspects of the company.

His background is in Civil & Structural Engineering and he has worked in the construction industry since 1992. He played a significant role on many high-profile projects, including the Millennium Dome, ING Bank Slaski Headquarters in Poland, and the redevelopment of Shepherds Bush Underground Station as part of the new White City.

The practice benefits from highly experienced technicians who have worked in architectural and construction design projects, as well as qualified surveyors and structural engineers.
